• Interview details — target company, role, interviewer names, job posting URL, interview date, and concerns (to produce your report)
• Resume/CV — if you choose to upload one, used solely to tailor your report. Not shared or redistributed.
• IP address — for fraud prevention and abuse protection
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How We Use Your Information

• To produce and deliver your interview preparation report
• To communicate about your order (confirmation, delivery, refund if applicable)
• To prevent abuse and fraud

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties
• We do not share your resume or uploaded documents with anyone
• We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics

Data Retention

We retain your order information and uploaded files to provide customer support. You can request deletion of your data and uploaded files at any time by emailing us.

Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption). Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. Uploaded files and order data are stored on secured infrastructure.
